How do I unlock Purrflow+? Tap any of the ✦ Purrflow+ prompts in the app — on the rhythm picker or inside the ambient sound mixer. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription: pay once, keep it forever.
I already bought Purrflow+ — how do I get it back on a new device or after reinstalling? Open the same unlock screen and tap "Restore purchase." It's tied to your Apple ID, not the device.
I don't hear any sound during a session Check that your iPhone's silent switch is off and the volume is up, then make sure at least one sound is toggled on in the mixer panel (top-right music note button during a session).
Can I rename my cat after setup? Not from within the app yet. Email us and we'll help however we can.
